Step 1 - Look around: A GREAT way to “find” a small group–is to START YOUR OWN! But, if you prefer to join one that’s already going–we totally understand. There are two simple ways to find a group to check out at NEChog: 1) Read the bulletin–many groups promote their meeting times in the weekly Sunday bulletin. 2) As you connect with people “ask them” if they know of any mid weeks groups––of course you can always call the office or express your interest on the Communication Cart (attached to the weekly Sunday Bulletin).
Step 2 - Pursue: Talk to anyone you know at church who is in a group. Ask about their group. Or, contact Pastor Brad. He would love to help you find or start a group that will work for you. You can reach Pastor Brad via
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Church Phone: 684-9751 Facebook: Brad Windlan
Step 3 - Do it: You have two options at this point. You can a) start a new group with a couple friends,It’s quite easy to do and Pastor Brad will help you all the way. Or, b) you can check out an existing group. We encourage you to go to at least four meetings in order to get a good sense of the group. If for any reason–the first group you try doesn’t work out — keep seeking. Don’t be afraid to ask Pastor Brad for help. And don’t be afraid to start your own group! May God bless you as you seek out the right small group option for you.
